FEES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FEES in 2010

Lessons are all $34 per half hour

Fees are charged every 5 weeks and are to be paid by the second week of the half term they are due. You may pay for a full 10 week term if you wish.

Late payments may result in lessons being suspended until fees are received and a 10% late fee may be charged.

TRIAL LESSON

Your first lesson can be a trial lesson. This lesson is still charged at $34 per half hour and must be paid for in advance of the lesson

TERM DATES

There are four approximately 10 week terms per year. Five Dock Music School follows the NSW Public School calendar. This makes terms sometimes 9 or 11 weeks in duration.

We are open on Pupil Free days.

Your first day of term is stated on your invoice given or sent in the last week of the previous term.

NOTIFICATION OF ABSENCE

If you are unable to attend your lesson you must let reception know either in person the preceding week or by calling 9712 5403

Make-up lessons will only be guaranteed if you call before 12.00 on the day of your lesson – or 6pm Friday for Saturday classes.

Make-up lessons will be rescheduled where possible during the term. If not, a day will be available for make-ups in the following holiday period (not Christmas holidays) at your teacher’s convenience

Forgotten lessons will be forfeited – the teacher still needs to be paid for being there.

DEPOSITS

If you wish to retain your teacher and time slot into the next year a one-lesson non-refundable deposit must be paid before the end of term four. If you don’t pay a deposit your time slot and teacher may change
